A lot has changed in my life over the last 6 months. I went from a seemingly healthy individual who ate everything in moderation to being diagnosed with Celiacs, completing a Whole30, and adopting a paleo and at times AIP diet to manage my autoimmune symptoms.⠀ -⠀ One of the the biggest lessons I've learned is that REAL food makes you feel GOOD from the inside out. Another #meatlessmonday post for ya - Blackened Salmon Burgers with Mango-Jalapeno Salsa 😍 HUBBA. I adore these burgers but need to make a few swaps to the recipe now that I have been diagnosed with Celiacs and am eating a paleo diet for my autoimmune health. #paleoapproved ⠀ -⠀ 1. Sub almond flour for panko breadcrumbs. ⠀ 2. Remove Parmesan cheese.⠀ 3. Don't serve on a bun.
