The magic happens in the routine, the small things you do every day. If you plant seeds everyday, eventually you'll have a garden 🌿 . Recently I noticed my practice getting really stagnant - I wasn't progressing any farther in poses, my sequences didn't feel as inspired, etc. And then I realized I couldn't remember the last time I practiced all by myself, without outside influence. It's been two weeks since I've made space to practice everyday and I can't even believe the progress that I've made! Small daily actions = big results. Don't overlook the small stuff!
I've been working like a busy bee lately and I finalllllly get to tell you all about it! Stay tuned tomorrow for an exciting announcement! Hint: it involves all of my favs: yoga, sunshine and you (yes, YOU!) 🙋🏾 Hope you all get to enjoy some sun today, it's a beauty day!
There's something really cleansing about being in nature. Fresh air, the sounds of life buzzing and a lack of technological bombardment = the perfect recipe for tuning in and resetting. Where is your favourite spot to unwind in nature? 🌳🌱🌿
I know, I know, we're all so busy that we can't help but multitask our way through life. But, guys, I've been trying to unitask (haha, is that a word? 😬) and let me tell you, I am so much more focused and engaged that not only am I producing better quality content but I get things done faster, freeing me up to do more exciting things like having night picnics and cuddling with Mosie. What would you do if you had more time?
Man, slo-mo makes everything seem so dramatic! Accidentally slo-mo'd a walk with this cutie. I don't hate it. 🤷🏽♀️ @flywithjen
