Just arrived from Kiuchi: Awashizuku, Sparkling Sake. • The rice used for this sake is polished down to 65%. It uses an unique addition of white kōji to a 6 stage mashing process that allows it to ferment to a sparkling, refreshing sake. • The result is a highly amazing combination of sweetness balanced with white koji’s acidity. Look for it in fine restaurants/bars and retail shops!

A beautiful new beer in from Finland! Prykmestar Savu Kataja - Juniper Infused Smoke Beer. Beech smoked malt combined with traditional Finnish juniper, used by the Sahti brewers over centuries, gives this beer an unique flavor. Despite the high alcohol content, Prykmestar SavuKataja is balanced combination of smoke aroma and crisp juniper. This strong and dark beer is maturated over a long time in low temperatures before bottling.
