The refrigerator is like a lingering ex-boyfriend...🤔 It keeps calling and calling. It offers you endless sweet things until you can't resist it. And eventually, you go back. Maybe what feels like 1,000+ times‼️ Unless you have a plan... Similar to separating yourself from an ex, you can create distance between you and your refrigerator. 👍🏻 Here's how to make that happen ⬇️ 💡𝐃𝐨𝐧'𝐭 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐧𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐤𝐢𝐭𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐧 Move your workspace so the kitchen isn't in your sight. Out of sight, out of mind. (Just like the ex!) 💡𝐏𝐢𝐜𝐤 𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐬𝐧𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 When you first start your work day, select your snacks for the day. Bring them to your home office. This will prevent constant grazing. 💡𝐄𝐚𝐭 𝐧𝐮𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭-𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐞 𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐬 Eat meals with protein, healthy fats, carbs and tons of veggies in order to stay satiated and decrease cravings. 💡𝐒𝐞𝐭 𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜 𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐬 Set a meal schedule so you have a regular eating routine and a plan for your kitchen visits. Put meal times in your calendar. 💡𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐤 𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐰𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫 Dehydration can appear as mild hunger, so make sure you're drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day. 💡𝐁𝐮𝐲 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡𝐲 𝐟𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐲 If you don't buy junk food, you won't eat junk food! And, you won't experience the cravings that draw you into the kitchen. The refrigerator is definitely tempting between Zoom calls. It's ALWAYS there just waiting for you. But, these tools will help you stay strong and decrease those countless urges for a visit.⚡️ (As far as cutting ties with the ex, that's a whole other set of tools! 🛠) During the work day, how many times do you open the fridge just to see what's there? To see if anything tempts you⁉️ Tell me about your relationship with the refrigerator!👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻#cravingsatisfied #workfromhomelife
