We had an amazing time yesterday during the hinamatsuri! We have so many pictures that captured all the fun and activities. We are very thankful for everyone that joined us and we are excited for more events to come this spring!
We have our hina doll set all set up and ready for Hinamatsuri, also known as Girls' Day! This Sunday, March 3rd, we will have free events from 3 - 4:30pm for young ladies to participate in crafting sessions and judo demonstrations. Join us this weekend for some fun festivities! It's cat day in Japan 🐱 it’s a wordplay on the Japanese sound for “nyan” (meow) and the number “ni” (two). “Nyan nyan nyan” is 2/22, or Cat Day in Japan. 🐈 This was one of our cute Maneki-neko cats we had on display for our annual bazaar this past year. We also have shopping hours during our open houses if you ever want to find some unique gifts!
Excited to be hosting with @greenonionhk again! We will be having our second cooking class next week Feb 27th. This time we will be making a Korean dish called bibimbap.
