I am no longer focused on weight loss, even though that will happen naturally. I am more focused on my overall health. Today's Lunch: Smoothie (Spinach, Raspberries, Strawberries, Mangoes, Dates, Flaxseeds and Chia seeds) Salad (Spring mix, @eathempeh Miso Ginger Tempeh, Croutons made with toasted Ezekiel bread, walnuts and homemeade dressing)
