A little update from my client over the weekend - I love this SO much. I can tell what I’m teaching is really sticking because 1) her “winged” meal is awesomeness. Meals don’t have to be glamorous all the time. Simple, real food will do! 👌🏽 • • 2) When you truly start listening to your body on what it tells you when you eat certain food, you’ll start to realize so much more about yourself! Plus, when you get to your new “normal”, which is feeling amazing, better sleep, energy, etc., your “old normal” will feel really blah. • • If you’re ready to feel your best, you know where to find me 🤪😉😘
