Prepping is key to any healthy eating plan. If you don't have foods prepped, you'll be more likely to grab something not so healthy. I like to keep shredded carrots in my fridge. They take less than 4 minutes to shred, keep for days and can be used in everything! Today, a handful went into my chopped taco salad.
