Repost from @fivelittlefaces: Having our baby didn’t go to plan for us at all. No birth plan, no packed bag, no room ready – A.B.S.O.L.U.T.E.L.Y nothing. Our Mac was born at 29 weeks (11 weeks early at 6 months) and he was in hospital for over 2 months. . He wanted out of that belly :) - fast. I didn’t get to see him for another 2 hours after the birth (due to an operation), we didn’t get to hold him for 4 days, there was no birth notice for over 3 weeks and we didn’t get to take him home until after 60 days. It was just bloody HARD and we struggled with what was the baby born norm that we couldn't experience. . BUT NOW, he is such an amazing little fighter of a HUMAN and one that both my husband and I are SO VERY proud to call ours. Mac - You ROCK dude. Our eternal thanks and appreciation of the Mercy Hospital in Heidelberg is one that we will never forget. To the nurses who sat with him 24/7 keeping him going when he stopped breathing – THANK YOU. To the doctors who kept him alive – THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU. . AND that is why we will continue to help raise awareness of causes that support these sick little poppets. . Today is World PREMATURITY Day and if you can spare $5, $10 or more, support these little HUMANS via #PramJam. To donate visit www.pramjam.org.au . Thanks you, it means a lot of us and to those who you can help. Xx Brooke

Repost from @uncannyannieblog PART 1 - Q & A with my ObGyn about premature babies and stillbirth. Full video on my blog now (click link bio) ✨ I really think this video is so fantastic for pregnant people and those that love them. It isn't at all scary but useful information to know the signs and alleviate stresses. And for comedic value you can watch Delphi and Cheska throughout it 😂 They were so quiet and well behaved while I interviewed, I had absolutely no idea Delphi looked like she was in so much 4 year old boredom pain hahaha xx @mercypramjam
