We did it, the first Ashtak Yoga Next Level training! 9 x 500hr teachers graduated over the weekend. It was such a cool experience. 8 Ashtak Yogis and one newbie came and enjoyed 5 weeks of hard work, self-reflection, tears and cuddles. Congratulations beautiful ladies!!! We have decided to hold one once a year, the next one being 8 October - 10 November 2018 Goa, India.

Our programs meet their standards and so do all of our teachers! Gaurav Malik is the Senior Yoga Teacher with thousands of hours of teaching (and 10 years university study) in preparation for the role. ☄️☀️ Kate Malik is studying hard in counselling & psychology so she can provide the best support possible. Guesss what we have??? Dates for our Bali Retreat in Ubud - 28 April - 5 May 2018 🌴🌴🌹 There aren't many places in the world we love as much.💜 Bali is a dream. We spend 7 nights in two private connecting villas surrounded by rice fields, it's bliss. 🔥 Not to mention Ubud has the best shopping in South East Asia (big call i know!) and some of the most delicious vegetarian restaurants, we do really feel spoilt for choice. 👙☀️ Not that you even need to leave the villa!
