(Flashback to March 2018) This picture really sums the whole being-a-parent thing up 😆 Head jätkuvat koolivaheajanädalat! (Meie puhul head jätkuvat kõik-lapsed-kaheksandat-päeva-kõhuviiruses-mul-juhtmed-totaalselt-koos nädalat) 😂 📷@annikametsla #parenting #wecandoit💪 #väikesedaatomikud
Järgmisel laupäeval chardime siia kalendrisse igaüks oma isikliku kuupunktijärjestuse 🔮 p.s: Delfi Naistekast saad natuke iga kuupunkti kohta juba ette lugeda ka (link on Urban Yogini FB lehel) #kundaliniyoga #mooncenters
The topic I’ve been excited about for 10 years. Woman’s 11 moon centers. Finally finding the time and courage to share and discover the deeper levels of it with other women (and men are actually also welcome). Workshop next Saturday (26.10) about why women fluctuate and change every 2,5 days and yogic techniques how to turn the challenges into the gifts 🔮 #11mooncenters #kundaliniyoga #understandingwomen
Let us be like two falling stars in the day sky. Let no one know of our sublime beauty as we hold hands with God and burn Into a sacred existence that defies – that surpasses Every description of ecstasy and love. - Hafiz 📷@ruudurahumaru #13years
When you are outnumbered by little people who invade your bed so that every morning you find yourself from the floor wondering what the heck happened 😂
Breathe. And make time for yourself. “It’s incredible what our bodies need to sacrifice for us to realize to take time for ourselves”, a dear friend of mine said when I ecstatically told her that I joined a diastasis-recti-pilates group and have now twice a week an-early-morning-real-as-real-me-time. And yes, having a 6-fingers-wide-and-6-centimetres-deep diastasis totally makes it easier to choose myself. Which is crazy. The physical manifestation is only the super last and dense form of a message. You have been given oh-how-many more ethereal forms beforehand which you have not heard or chosen not to hear. Manifestation in a form of discomfort on a physical level is really the last resort for our soul to tell us something. To take action. Well, my dear Self, I pledge you from now on to listen more carefully and to take action more courageously. So that you, my dear temple of the soul (body), could carry the other guys (mind & soul) in an effortless ease. Love you @karita.doula for this beautiful insight the other day 💕 And if you need a super-professional-happysunnysparkly #diastasisrecti recovery help, @brittnormet is your home girl 🙌 Will keep you posted on my journey!
