We have some good news for readers… we’re launching a book club! For the next six months our virtual book club is open to all. It’s theme will be The Traveler’s World (until 2021), and feature books on travel or adventure narratives. We’re very lucky to have Beth Ahlstrom as our host. The first book we’re reading is “Holy Cow,”, a chronicle of adventures in India by Sarah MacDonald: https://www.penguinrandomhouse.com/books/105271/holy-cow-by-sarah-macdonald/ So pick up a copy at your local bookstore and join us in reading together. Luckily we have the rest of June and all of July to enjoy it. Participants will also have the option to weigh in on future books we should highlight to the community with us via a virtual meeting. We’ll be meeting the last Thursday of the month on Zoom from 7:00 - 8:00 PM, beginning July 30, 2020, to discuss MacDonald’s work and our impressions.
