Date rolls are THE BEST snack to squash a sweet craving. They taste rich and decadent, and they give the same satisfaction as biting into a cookie (despite literally being fruit paste rolled in coconut). My clients LOVE them. Dates are sometimes feared for being too high in sugar, but, they are a healthy way to satisfy the desire for something sweet.
