Smoothie tips: instead of protein powder, try 3 Tbsp. hemp seeds for 10g complete plant-protein, iron, and omega-3s. Instead of nut milk, use water as your liquid base. When you blend the water with the hemp seeds (or other seeds or nuts) you’re effectively creating a homemade nut milk, without the additives (and cheaper than buying boxed nut milk) PS- this pink comes from frozen dragonfruit/pitaya xx
Back in NYC and I’m loving these organic drinkable soups by @fawensoup They are great when you’re on the go, as they are super filling, high fiber, and can be used as a snack or light meal. I find they usually hold me over for hours, and keep one in my purse on days I know I’ll be running around.
