Post workout fuel this AM: veggie scramble (I throw in a TON of whatever veggies I have on hand-sweet and purple potatoes, spinach, and onions with 2-3 eggs and sprouted GF toast with 1/2 avocado. Wash it down with fresh herbal tea. Today also had a handful of organic blueberries too.
