Farmer's Market Plate 😋Was so excited to try Purple Brussels Sprouts (look closely, there in there) but I didn't cook them long enough and ended up picking them out and eating everything else. If there is a vegetable you don't like, sometimes all it takes is chopping it or cooking it a different way, and you'll be amazed at how different it tastes. If you've got any veggie haters in the house- try spiralizing them, turning them into a veggie burger, or a different dressing.

In general, the darker the color, the more antioxidants a fruit or veggie contains. Purple Cauliflower, Blueberries, and Black Berries are great examples of deeply pigmented foods that are bursting with antioxidants, which support our brain, skin, and overall health. So, eat the rainbow - and don't forget black foods!
