This is the space where I do my 100 squats everyday- it’s a small quirky town where I continue to shift... where do you shift? Do you have a space in your home or work space where you SHIFT? . . If you don’t have that space- create one. Create a space to workout in your home, create a meditation -praying space. . . Even if you don’t work out at home, At some point you’ll need to on days of bad roads or holiday gym closure. Find a space in your home with a inspiring view or poster that gets you to move... every girl needs her space. . . I choose to put myself out there for other women that don’t believe they can change their story in significant ways to it only shift their own life, but for it to impact others as well. . . On this IG page for women, we share just enough information but so much more in our shift programs. Shift programs (from monthly to 12 week programs) allow females create the look of that inner babe that she knows she is ~ yet needs that kick start and support along the way of her creation. . . I am a mom... I am a wife... I am a trying to figure out life just like you, but I do know one thing, life is going to be miserable if we don’t feel good in our skin. I fight for this message due to my own story of struggling how to figure out feeling comfortable in my skin. . Right now we are in the depth of our 8-Wk appetite control program. Women are gaining control and understanding their appetites.
