I spoke with a soon-to-be SHIFT client yesterday...I assumed she was ready, truth is...she wasn’t. Truth is, FEAR to know herself at her deepest layer scares the crap out of her OR its “too deep” due to CURRENT conditioning of “its better to just not feel”..... soon this gal will be ready. Why? This gal finally HEARED herself yesterday. #timing . . Her first comment was: “I won’t start things or finish because I’m afraid to fail”. . . She then continued to express her beautiful story & l could feel a her soul screaming to live in a body that aligned with her soulful truth.. to RID & DETOX the messages such as “I don’t start because the pain of failing is worse”. . . This conversation circulated as I was listening & holding space 4-her shifting: “suppression , depression.... put it in your body & don’t talk about it because that means you’d have 2 show U-R: sad-mad-shameful-blameful... aka HUMAN experience. . . I then asked her if she had a daughter, she stated “Yes I do, she’s 14 & she is big time drama”.... . . Her daughter is 14 years old & she is drama... did your mom say that about you? Do U say that about yourself? . . Do U believe feeling emotions equates to weakness? ... & why can’t a woman feel weak? When we feel.. we create... & when women know weak, women begin to build..retaliation only occurs due to 🚫acceptance . . BELOW👇🏼 define emotion... define a woman that doesn’t FEEL due to being told she is WEAK if she feels EMOTION...define your emotion on emotions! 👇🏼 . . Would U rather 🚫FEEL 2 prevent projection from others of: “you’re emotional, so much drama”.... assess these humans, R-they: flat, do they carry feminine traits U desire, R they confident & happy? Why would a woman stop another babe from FEELING? PLEASE share your💭👇🏼
Such a good quad stretch! NEW @thexbands workout will be posted for next weeks studio Shift schedule! . . Upper body & Lower Body +++++ a stretch workout that is soooo perfect for a recovery day workout! . . The upper body workout is TIME UNDER TENSION... 3 seconds up •• 3 second hold •• 3 seconds down•• such an amazing way to work your body with small amount of bulk to your equipment yet large amount of tension/resistance (aka higher weight!!). . My back was so sore after this workout, but due to the awesome pull and mobility enhancement these bands provide.. my soreness only lasted one day-wahoo! . . The lower body workout is the same workout philosophy: TIME UNDER TENSION ~ ouch! Booty was nice and sore, but just the right amount... lifted and gifted 😜😜 . . The stretch includes Yoga- holding- and “active stretching” ... one of my favorite methods I was taught as a 🤸♀️ gymnast... actively moving in and out of the stretch + holding for 3-2-1 and repeating this sequence until you recognize you are way further elongated in that particular muscle.. pretty cool! . . Yoga equates to everything in my world! Fat loss, mind-body connection ... aka, FAT LOSS and BODY CHANGE, when the mind-body connection is in misalignment..... the body will stall, hold, and refuse until everyone is on the same page! . . Ommggggg.. can we have a massive drum roll for this hot SHIFT babe of four kiddos and a husband that is a past shift client as well?!!!! . . This girl... one of my besties, one of my main supporters on HEALTH! We went to nursing school together, we found dōTERRA oils together, I found her hubbb for her, and she always finds a way for me to laugh and enjoy the real things in life we should enjoy... Kids, learning, laughing, and friendships! . . Recently @nurse.kate.wellness introduced me to her favorite vitamins..
