❗️BENT OVER ROW VARIATION❗️ A simple yet effective exercise to help vary your training up💪 ▪️The bent over row has many benefits; it is vital to build upper back hypertrophy, it is also key for power, strength and sports🏀🎾 ▪️Having a strong upper back will also help with general posture and form on certain compound movements such as deadlifts and squats 🏋️♀️ ▪️Using the kettlebell instead of the dumbbells allows a wider range of motion in the row which increases your muscle contractions therefore growing that particular muscle 💪 KEY POINTS!! 🔸Keep your back flat and shoulder pinned back 🔸Drive your elbows up and squeeze your shoulder blades together 🔸Do not drop your shoulders at any time If you need a hand with this particular exercise, grab a member of staff to help you! 🙌 Exercise demonstrated by Newton trainer Claire (@ct.fitness_

🌟TRAINER PROFILE🌟 Adonis is a trainer here at the Newton Abbot site and has a very experienced background in callisthenics and gymnastics 🤸♂️ I am proof that if you want something enough and put in the hard work you can achieve anything. I was born with Cystic Fibrosis but I have not let this stop me from being a competitive gymnast, a men's physique athlete and calisthenics trainer. I specialise in calisthenics, men's physique training and posing, weight loss and general fitness. I am currently training for the men's physique PCA British finals and focusing alot on my calisthenics movements, building strength for each skill.
