Este hambúrguer, da marca própria #NextLevelMeat, é 100% vegan e preparado a partir da proteína de ervilha, soja e trigo. É o hambúrguer perfeito para quem, como eu, não consome carne. . . Na minha mais recente ida ao Lidl, não resisti a trazer comigo este hambúrguer vegan para experimentar. Para acompanhar, claro que trouxe também as batatas Wedge, que se preparam em poucos minutos e fiz ainda uma Maionese Vegan de Abacate que serviu de base para o hambúrguer e ainda de molho para as batatas (deslizem as imagens para aceder à receita). . .
