I was looking back at old pictures and thinking of past times today. I unfortunately ended up in some stressful, upsetting, and emotionally draining situations over the past year or so. Once I noticed these toxic people were no good for me, bad influences, and did nothing to benefit my life, I removed myself from their lives and found good people to bring into my life. I would suggest anyone who was in a scenario similar to mine to do the same, as I have truly been doing so much better. The people and things that you surround yourself with impact you more than you may think. In order to have successful relationships, you need to be in a good place and love yourself first before you can try helping or loving someone else. I was weak back then, but want to be a strong woman now. For the remainder of the year and for 2019, I want to better myself and help those who deserve it. I want to focus on myself, work towards my goals and get rid of my negative habits, thoughts, and feelings to spread positivity to not only myself but also others. Just felt like sharing this today.
