Strive for your best self. It’s the little things we do each day that add up. What’s one thing you can do today to focus on being healthier? This week I’m focusing on drinking a glass of water right away in the morning and eating less carbs at night.
I was on the cross country ski team in high school but learned downhill skiing is much different. Had a great time with good views!

I have this internal voice yelling at me to keep pushing to be my own boss. At times I think I should give up struggling and get a 9 to 5 job. But that is just not who I am. I like taking risks, working on things I believe in, and helping people. My favorite jobs are the ones where I work for my own dreams to come true not someone else’s dream.
