Getting that workout in!! It's nice to get back into a routine. I've been traveling a lot so my workouts and diet have kinda been all over the place. I try to be as consistent as I can when I travel but it's not always possible. Can't wait to start hammering my workout and nutrition routines again to get ready for summer. #bikinibody
My focus in health has always been not to only look healthy but to be healthy. I don't want to be obsessive with my diet or use fat burners to stay lean. Crow, a great yoga pose to work on at home. Works your core, balance, wrist, and shoulder strength. If you want to get into handstand work this is a good one to start with.
