Let’s talk green juice 🌿 I don’t drink them or juice them super often, but I love to add one into the mix now & again! This one was celery, cucumber & lemon (tastes so fresh) 👌🏻 🌿 green juice is an easily digestible way to get in more greens and quickly absorb nutrients 🌿 it’s filled with antioxidants, minerals, phytonutrients and chlorophyll 🌿 those nutrients are great for your cells and glowing skin ✨ 🌿 they can help to alkalize the body 🌿 they’re a great way to get in some greens on the go and while traveling On the flip side... 〰️ juices and even at-home juicing can be a bit expensive because it takes a lot of produce 〰️ juicing removes the beneficial fiber from fruits and vegetables 〰️ juicing at home can be messy and time consuming 〰️ juices with fruit or sweeteners can be a sneaky source of fructose and calories, and can spike the blood sugar Where do you stand on green juices? A regular part of your routine, a rare treat, or utterly gross? 🙃

Today was very...normal, and I kind of loved it! The weather was unusually warm, so I went on a long walk with a great playlist and some ankle weights, cooked some yummy, healthy food including a bone broth soup, photographed a beautiful couple, and now I’m settled in with a cup of detox tea, a new tv show, and lots of editing. I love adventure, but I also love simplicity. Routines. Turning a regular Sunday into a day filled with contentment and restoration. The simple, little things make me oh so happy 😌

“I am productive” is my number one mantra right now because productivity is an essential, not an option at this point ⚡️ I’ve been exploring time blocking quite a bit over the past month, and it’s really helping me out in overwhelming times. I tend to have “squirrel brain” zooming between tasks and thoughts inefficiently, often getting distracted from my most important to-do’s and not accomplishing what I need to. So, really focusing my time, even in small, doable segments, and removing distractions (i.e. this little device & app I’m typing on right now) has helped me A TON. My wellness coach @emilycoxwellness suggested 25 minutes of work (no phone) and then a 5 minute break. Doable, right?? Let me know if you try it! And now, my 5 minutes are up so I’m diving back into photo editing 😘 PS - I will link my outfit in my stories!
This week has been such a whirlwind. From 2.5 days in Arizona to crazy stress and projects back at work to 3 evenings of photography sessions and putting everything together for a big brand partnership, I can’t believe I fit so much in in just 7 days. Am I a bit crazy? Probably. But here’s the thing...I don’t regret a second of it! I for sure take on too much, but what I know is that I want to seize every opportunity that comes my way! The never-ending projects and stress and emails will always be there, but the quick trips with friends, the opportunity to see new places, and the dream clients may not. So, I’ll keep cramming it all in and working my a$$ off and living life to the absolute fullest, with no regrets 🦋
