Let's all be in action of loving more and worrying less. In the words of my wise husband you can't be sad/angry/worried/(insert your word here) if you're being grateful. Action is movement with intelligence. The world is filled with movement. What the world needs is more conscious movement, more action. Iyengar ❤️

All these tacos 🌮 got me seeing Texan! Grateful for a very #bluezone glow 5 inspired getaway and now ready to spice things up back home. Here's how we incorporated the glow 5 to make our family road trip one that recharged our batteries and brought us home excited for what's to come 1. Downshifting - getting out doors and out of routine to refresh and destress + we major disconnected from phones email and TV 2. Eat mostly plants - it sure is easy in Austin where everywhere you go they ask you would you like a vegan menu? Yes Please! 3. Move naturally - hiked, biked and pushed the limits of toting two kids across #mckinneyfalls 4. Social connection - so great to hang with old friends and the next generation 5. Purpose - feeling refueled to design my life as my own creation! Time away from the little details helps you look at the big picture perspective and work backwards from there!
