Just recently discovered that @pilyaskitchenph at @thegridfoodmarket is serving Biang biang noodles, thick noodles like a belt known as "8 strange wonders of Shaanxi China". We had Taiwanese Beef Noodle Soup, Tingly Cumin Lamb, Spicy Smashed Cucumbers and Pork Dumplings. Highly recommend 💯 the biangbiang noodle dishes for their generous serving portion, wonderful chewy texture and delicious Shaanxi-style chili oil. If you're looking for the next-level artisanal pizza, check out @crostapizzeria. Aside from its gourmet sauce base and quality toppings, it makes it's own sourdough crust. The sourdough crust is lightly crunchy and charred, puffed and airy and of course, has the distinctive flavor of sourdough tanginess. We tried Shroomed Out and Cheesy AF which are both White Sauce-based. We will definitely have to try its Red Sauce (Italian Plum Tomato Sauce) on our next order. It's our 1st time to try Seafood Fideua (a dish similar to paella but uses noodles instead) from @cocinalo.ph and loved it! 💯❤️ Of course, it's cooked by Michellin-trained Basque Chef @chefmikelmartija from San Sebastian Spain. Read from its FB page that he will only be here until April 30, 2021 though so seize the chance to try his authentic Basque dishes.
