Being a part of this video and now watching as everyone responds to it has been a thrill. I've linked to it in my bio for you to go warch! Please like, comment and subscribe!! #virtualchoir #seattleensign #virtualsymphonyandchorus
My choir @seattleensign is premiering our first ever Virtual Symphony & Chorus piece tonight at 7pm PDT. I'm so excited!!! I've helped in the background on the website, graphics (swipe to see my skillz) and publicity for this to come to fruition and I am thrilled for the world to see it. I'll be the one that looks scared for most of the song. This was a first time ever for me recording myself singing and man was I nervous! #virtualchoir #virtualsymphonyandchorus #seattleensign #youtubepremiere
I got an Ice Cream maker for Mother's Day and my husband has made Ice Cream for 3 days in a row! ❤🍨🍓 #strawberryicecream #nothelpingthewaistline #covidcoping
Quilting finished in all it's glorious imperfection! 🤦♀️😁 But its finished and I'm really ok with not caring about perfection. I miss the long arm and it's stitch regulator, but I'm not borrowing or renting time on one right now. Maybe I'll come out from CoVid-19 feeling much more skilled quilting on my own machine?! #quilting #machinequilting #walkingfootquilting
Learning to quilt with a walking foot. Excercise in patience or futility? I had to literally fight off every urge to RIP seams in the smaller circles. They are very imperfect. But I am trying to be ok with imperfect instead of unfinished. Question for all the experienced quilters: How do you get the stitch length to look the same overall? If I speed up it shortens my stitch length. Is slow and steady my only answer? #quilting #quiltquestion #machinequilting #walkingfootquilting
Who else is spending their spare time sewing masks? These fabric choices are some of my favorites so far. It's either this or yard work for me. Currently trying to make DIY self watering planters.
