We’ve been taking this same photo for six years now. No doubt, a lot has changed since the beginning, but our immense gratitude for the community that comes together at Otis Mountain has remained true since day one. For every person in this photo there are hundreds that have brought us here. If you’re reading this, you’re certainly one of them. Otis is still a labor of love, but true love makes any challenge feasible because it’s simply worth the effort. We’ve come a long way, we’re truly proud of where we’ve arrived and eager to see where we can go. Thank you for being a part of it. See you all next September!
Gates are now open, we hope you’re ready to see some stars. We’ll be going offline for the weekend to enjoy your company. See you at Otis!
Hot merch alert! Be sure to stop by the General Store to get the goods before they are gone. Special thanks to @zerogravitybeer and @earthwell for helping us reduce our single-use plastics by providing reusable pint cups for all artists and staff.
Did we mention we are mountain bike friendly? Take a full tour of Otis’ trails with the crew that builds and rides them everyday. Join the pack at the Solace Cycles booth for daily dirt worship; Friday and Saturday 6-8pm and tune up your bike at the Bike Tuning Workshop 12-1pm on Saturday! Meet Taylor Kingman. You know the feeling of standing beneath a trestle on a hard day, a can of cheap beer, flicking a lighter and dreaming up wild ideas until a heavy train comes thundering overhead and you scream and scream until your voice gives out and you feel lighter? That’s the thing that lives deep in Taylor’s songs. There’s something so rubbed-raw honest and drunken-truth about them. You can’t help but be transfixed and transformed. Learn more at the link in our bio. @taylorkingman @mamabirdrc
The folks at Bike Magazine did a amazing job of capturing the essence of mountain biking in the Adirondacks, highlighting the people and places that make the local riding community so special. We're proud to share all that Otis Mountain has to offer; read up about the trails at the link in our bio! @bikemag @adksusa Photo by @cirilliphoto #otismountaingetdown
