I freakin love haikyo and so on the way home from the Asuke my host family were kind enough to stop the car and let me take some photos. My host mother refused to leave the car though 😂💗I find it really interesting to think about what kind of people came to these places and what led to the building's current state... I hope I can explore more haikyo in the future (within reason that is, ain't no trespassing allowed haha)
At the Trick Art Museum in Takao! I'm back in Australia now but I have a backlog of content to edit and post so please look forward to it!
Another photo from Asuke! This shop had their Hina dolls displayed in a special window on the second floor!! It was really interesting to see the differences between each era of dolls. I found the Meiji period ones quite interesting as the emperor was dressed in western clothing! There was a house that had a set of dolls completely made out of bamboo as well!
Here's a picture from when I went to Asuke with my Okazaki host family!! Couldn't really dress up cute because it was in the mountains and my host mother would have killed me HAHAHHA My host sister and I found a cute little staircase by the river and decided it was time for a mini photoshoot lolol!! My host parents were calling out to us from the bridge but we didn't hear a thing 🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️ こないだ足助に行った時の写真です！！ホストシスターと一緒に「インスタ映えインスタ映え！！！って騒ぎながら写真撮りまくってた！！😊😊
When I took this photo the shop assistant was trying to get my attention to give me some samples but I was too wrapped up in trying to get the perfect shot 😂💗 Luckily my cousin snapped me out of it 😂😂😂 春が来る〜けど私が先にオーストラリアに帰ってまた秋&冬😩😩😩😩 早く戻れるように頑張りまーす♪
