How is this possible? Well it's not, it is just media manipulation. In reality the #harvardepicstudy has discovered no such thing. The research was poorly designed and therefore they had to make tons of adjustments that made some parts of the study pretty worthless at the end. Let me just add the fact that they compared #vegetarians and #meateaters and that vegans were just hidden somewhere in the vegetarian gruop. Vegeterians are often not very healthy. They eat a bunch of cheese and eggs to compensate for the lack of meat and many of them eat a lot of processed garbage but they were still way better than meat eaters when it comes to heart disease. Please, don't #trust articles like this. They will take you away from health, towards pain, hospitals and dependance on outside authorities. It is better for you to go meditate - at least that is what I do when I read crap like this 💚🙈🙏
When you feel sick, remember that is just a way your body is #cleaning its self from garbage.💉 Normally, your kidneys and #digestivetract should do that work and clean your body via urine and stools. However #highproteindiets and #refinedsugars cause your digestion to stop and bourden your kidneys with too much cellular waste. So if your kidneys are not working well, your wastes will want to come out somewhere (your nose, throat, your skin etc). #colds and #flu are just signs that your kidneys can't handle all the wastes you were putting in through your life. ***are you a dependent or independent eater?*** What do you want to get from your #nutritionist? - a menu for three months - the calculation of #calories you should eat - #recipes for #healthymeals you should strictly follow and also the amounts of food you are allowed to eat Well, I think there are many flaws wit this approach, let me just name a few: 1. #Hunger - you can't go through life feeling hungry 2. Your #body knows how many calories it needs better than your nutritionist - one day you might need more, other day less 3. Sometimes you may get an opportunity to get some local #organic foods that aren't in the menu - are you just gonna give them up because you are stuck with your #nutritionplan? That is why I do things differently: - I #teach you how your body works and which foods burden your body the least - I teach you about #caloriedensity and once you know that you never have to count calories ever again - I teach you how your body metabolizes different foods so you understand why all weightlosses aren't really healthy for your organs All in all - I help you gain a #nutritional #confidence and I teach you concepts so you can easily pick and prepare #food on your own.
