This is a five month old cavapoo now known as Cinnamon. She’s cute, but she’s been through four homes at her young age. 💔 The latest was my dad’s assistant. Whose family, like most, fell in love with the cute factor without giving two thoughts to the work puppies require. 😒 He “joked” (my dad says bs) of leaving his gate open to purposely get rid of her. — So humane. — My dad visited him yesterday, looked in his backyard at this little ball of energy and said he’d take her. Her previous owners called her Candy but my parents already have a Candy (mom looooves her stripper names), they took her for the last of her vaccines today along with a checkup, a flea and tick tablet, new bedding (no more sleeping outside!) and a grooming appointment in three weeks (earliest the vet cleared it). Americas Father’s Day < Cinnamon’s. — shoutout to my brother for holding her up for this natural, random, shot.
Not pictured: more vases + flowers.✨ All to decorate the dining room of the man who sparked my love of ‘em, who calls me when new ones are blooming so I can take photos of them, who wakes me (at ungodly hours ON WEEKENDS) to show me his newly sprouted apricot tree ... he’s growing a couple but that particular one is actually for me! 🤗 mi papá.
Your face pretending it’s the first time hearing gossip you’ve known for weeks.
Summer cuts. ✂️ Summer ready.
Driving by and I did a double take of these beauties. Pulled into the empty lot to take a quick snap of ‘em + the last bit of sunlight.🔆 #ihavethisthingwithflowers
