Handstands with Virgile @handstand_with_virgile February 17th at West 1:30pm - 3:30pm The focus of this workshop is the development of basic handstand skills. Placing emphasis on proper form and position, as well as the fundamentals of spotting. In addition, the workshop will target increasing power and resistance as well as the importance of a specifically adapted warm up for handstand and headstand.
