🌟WHAT FINALLY CURED MY PERFECTIONISM🌟 • Ah, perfectionism. That sneaky, insidious energy that shows up whenever we decide to play bigger, to make different choices, to give our best. The seemingly well-intention soul sucker who keeps us tense, worried, and contained. • I used to be a mega major perfectionist. Even when I would get straight As or excellent performance reviews, I always believed it wasn’t enough. I tried to control every aspect of my life (including how people perceived me). I never wanted to do anything if it had the slightest chance of making me look stupid or failing. • For awhile I called myself a recovering perfectionist- doing work and practices around shifting my mindset, changing my relationship with enoughness, clearing out my energetic system. • And honestly now? Perfectionism is no longer something that stops me, hinders me, or hurts me in any way. While the urges may come up sometime, I no longer identify with them. • So let’s talk about it!
