40c • 30p • 0-10f // the most voluminous oats evaaa & need i mention that i’ve had these almost every morning for about 6 months now 🤷🏼♀️ which now that i think about it MIGHT be why this is the recipe I get the most messages about & why i’m sharing the deets for you .... right .... now 👏🏻 but first: bonus points if you can find me 😂 you will need: • 2 cups frozen riced cauli ( i make but u can buy) • 40-60g quick cooking oats ( 🔑 is QUICK) & i vary the carbs based on training volume, this ^ is 40g oats • 1 scoop vegan chocolate protein, my favorite so far is @vega_team sport but i’ve tried a bunch so hit me with questions! • 1/2 c frozen berries (or more) • pb if desired - you will do: 1. thaw cauliflower by microwaving in bowl for :90-2min 2. boil water 💦 3. place oats over thawed cauliflower in bowl, do NOT mix! 4. pour boiling water over oats, cover about 1-2cm over oats (depending on desired thickness) do NOT mix... again! 5. let absorb 6. then mix once thickened 7. stir in protein & berries * Favorite oat topping? 3 changes i’ve made over the past year that have had the biggest impact? -> let go. there’s a big difference between cutting out negative energy/people/situations and actually physically letting it go. don’t ignore it and let it hang in the back of your mind. instead let it go by knowing that it has nothing to do with you, you’re just a target & all you’ve got to do is move out of its way. -> put myself in other peoples shoes: people do some weirddddd shit sometimes 😅, but take a few seconds to understand where they are coming from & THEN react. -> fuckin breathe. it’s not the end, it’s never really the end, you’ve got days and weeks and months and years ahead of you. though the current moment may really really suck.... take a breath & it’s already in the past. ** What’s one change you’ve made this year that has positively affected you? meal prep of a working woman week 1 ✌🏻all about simplicity, minimal ingredients, deliciousness, and my main goal this summer: SWITCHING IT UP EVERY WEEK 🙈 so stay tuned for a post like this 👆🏻 weekly. After finals, traveling, and moving to a new city I am super pumped to finally be back on @rpstrength fat loss templates. I’ve decided to start back at the base, so I took my new pictures today and I’m also super pumped to share that progress with you over the next few months. I really want to begin to be much more transparent with you all in terms of nutrition, training, and daily life so feel free to ask me any questions, whenever 😊 — Meal Prep Deets: inspired by spending the weekend with @himagetsfit who is a Queeeen at cooking (she made me banana muffins, plz try her recipe, they were amazing 🍌 🍫) - per @rpstrength I have 5 meals, ill be bringing the first 3 pictured to work #swooshlife ) & the last two aren’t pictured because I will be making those at home and switching me up daily. I became a software engineer because I genuinely loved coding. My fingers jumping across my keyboard for hours on end, and seing my code that I’ve been staring out for days pass tests literally gives me a high. 😅 Anyone else?
