Sometimes you need to parkerize one screw...
Almost ready for the dash installation. There is a lot to install on a set of VL handlebars as well as the front end.
My dash is starting to come together. Fresh nickel on the switches and tags, new contacts, new insulator plates, and bead blasted hardware.
Striping detail on front fender. The rear has matching stripes, as does the battery box.
@luketheswede was burning the midnight oil last night to get my 1933 VL tanks knocked out. Just one more coat of clear to go. He is doing an outstanding job on my paint, can't wait to see it in person!
Restored speedometer from Terry Marsh. 100 mph may be wishful thinking, but it will look just as good running 60 mph.
VL oil line from Dennis Corso with my custom extra long flare nut. I sent Dennis the flare nut, he installed it on a new line, flared the end to Harley's specs and had the whole thing cad plated. Looks great and no more leaks!
Linkert M41 ready to bolt on. This one is loaded with parts from Into the Wilderness. Interested to see how their parts perform.
Final wash and detail before assembly begins. Less than two weeks to go before @fuelcleveland!
