Many lives were lost that day and most of them were at ground zero, however for me 9/11 is about The Pentagon. I took this picture 3 years ago when I was able to visit the Pentagon Memorial. We all have our 9/11 stories and this day means different things to all of us. For me it is about a mother, wife, daughter and sister that was taken too young. She had two young children around the same ages as my two oldest. She said goodbye to them that morning when she dropped them off at daycare and then went to work at The Pentagon. That was the last time she saw her children. They are now 21 and 18, they had to grow up without a mother because of hate. They were too young to remember her. They have pictures and stories, but that is all they get. I can’t imagine my children having to grow up without me. So as you reflect on your 9/11 story today and remember what you felt and where you were when you heard the news, remember to hug your loved ones a little tighter and a little longer and make sure that they know how much you love them. You never know what tomorrow will bring. Not always remembered, but to some of us, never forgotten!
The building is looking amazing! I think the cedar siding is my favorite. Thanks to @spdarchitecture and @bryan_construction_inc for all their hard work to keep the building moving on schedule. It’s almost a real building Shannon!!!! 😂
I’m good at being bossy, but look I help too!!! 😂 Check out our amazing progress.
This is how I am spending my Saturday!!!! It’s getting exciting.
Happy Birthday Cassie! Cassie is our front office manager. She keeps everything flowing smoothly up front and we don’t know what we would do without her. She loves her boys, artichokes and lots of caffeine to keep up with her busy schedule.
Happy Birthday Linda!!!! Linda is our RN. She is always worried about taking care of not only all of our patients but also all of us. She genuinely is one of the most caring women we have ever met. You can often find her at lunch eating her spicy Cheetos with pink gloves on so that her fingers don’t turn red! 😂 We hope that you have a fantastic birthday today, you deserve it.
We would like to welcome our newest provider Rachel Unruh to TRpeds!!! She completed 2 rotations at our office last year so her face may look familiar. We are so excited to have her join our team.
Happy Birthday Ana!!! Ana is one of our Medical Assistants and although she is short in stature, she makes up for it in brains and spunk. We hope you have a great day Ana!!!
Happy Birthday Jill!!! Jill is one of our Medical Assistants. She is 264 months old today and still hates veggies. She is addicted to coffee, can almost type in full sentences, giggles a lot and loves her puppy! We hope she has a great day today.
