CSA Share Week 2! Arugula, kale, garlic scapes, collard greens, mixed herbs, green butter leaf lettuce, red oak leaf lettuce, spinach, and french breakfast radish. All certified organic and all harvested fresh this morning. If the FOMO is starting to set in, fear not! We will be selling our goods at the @northbuffalofarmersmarket starting next week Thursday June 21st from 3-7pm and every Thursday after that through October!

🚨$20 BAG ALERT🚨 🌱🌱🌱 Back for the 2018 season, coming in hot! Swiss chard, french breakfast radish, beet greens, spinach, boy choy, and two different heads of lettuce that with one swoop of a knife will fall apart into a beautiful salad (individual leaves pictured for reference.) If you’re new to the 20 bag fun, here’s how it works- we post a pic (usually on Friday’s) & you comment or DM us so we can get in touch to arrange drop off **MUST BE IN THE CITY OF BUFFALO** (usually Saturday’s). Payment is made upon delivery or through Venmo. It’s that simple! 🌱🌱🌱 You know your weekend calls for some good food, so DM or comment below & let us take care of it for you. Deliveries going out tomorrow between 2-3pm - act fast bc they typically sell out quick!

We had @ccecornell of Erie County out at the farm today to start some field trials of cucumber, tomato and spinach varieties. Here they are planting some Green Finger cukes!
First CSA share of the 2018 season! Starting top left and going clockwise: bok choy, hakurei turnips, radishes, rainbow chard, spinach, red butter leaf lettuce, basil, green oak leaf lettuce, beet greens and in the center a bottle of maple syrup! The syrup came from Anders parent’s land- which we helped to tap, harvest, boil and bottle- but a majority of the credit and the hard work goes to Anders parents. So excited for 19 more weeks of fresh, organic, nutritious veggies for our members.
