So yesterday.... I checked another thing off my Barcelona list, HIKE to Tibidabo. Tackled this 4 hour round trip adventure with my friend Irene. I’ve been up to Tibidabo before but I never went up inside the church. You get to walk around outside the top and take in the most incredible views!! Slide through the pics:)
Sitting here just drinking my smoothie and making my to do list for the day, and I look over to see this!!! I have no words. Oh Rex 🐶
And we are officially Catalan! This past weekend we went to a “Calçotada” which is a Catalan BBQ of sorts. A calçot is pretty much a gigantic green onion, that they grill on the BBQ and bring out on large plates. You then put on a bib and plastic gloves to essentially peel the onion and then dip in a special spicy sauce (Romesco Sauce). It can get messy. They then grill meats and bring out potatoes and white beans, and of course we started with pan con tomate! And there was 🍷 lots of wine. SO much fun with families from our school. Flip through the photos to see more!
Got my run in. But I think I need to lay off the 🍷 feeling like a bloated baby turtle 🐢 😂
We just get it done #internationalwomensday
