10 years married today to the tall one!! 😍
This little screensaver is on the blog today! 🎉 With the start of the school year, life has gotten a bit busier for us. My to-do's are all small things, but in total I tend to react in anxiety and find myself sorting through them at 3 am, unable to sleep. So this month's screensaver is a reminder for me and you to pause and seek the presence of the Lord. Link in profile. ❤

I'm so thankful she's mine. ❤
But you are . . . ❤ (from the identity set).
The only way I got this boy in pants this morning was to convince him that he'd have room for his helicopter in the pocket (it's peaking out in the picture). 😏
Today, I'm working at my makeshift desk (covered in mess from the kids' painting projects), working on fixing a problem in one of the files I sell. It's the second mistake in a couple of weeks. My customers have been so sweet and patient with me as I correct things, but sometimes I tend to take something and the message sent to my heart gets twisted into something discouraging and disheartening. You shouldn't be doing this. You don't know what you're doing. Everyone will figure it out eventually. Do you ever do that? It happened with homeschooling this week too. While I think all schooling choices can be good schooling choices depending on each family's needs and circumstances, I have felt God's leading in many ways to continue homeschooling our girls. But this week multiple little things made me question that choice, leading to some discouragement. So, all that to say, I'm learning to slow down and ask, What has God said? and What is God saying? He is an emotional being, but not unbalanced and wishy-washy like me. He is steady and He is faithful in His leading. Let's not take messages from our circumstances, our feelings, or the feedback we perceive from others. ❤️
Did you know there are two sets in Spanish in the shop? 🤗 (this is the good news story set). Link in profile.
Having a two-year-old is asking him to put his shoes on unsuccessfully for five minutes. Then when I finally help him get one shoe on, he yanks if off and says he wants to do it himself. 😜
Forget not. ❤ (from the praise card set)
