Orlando 10. Interesting pairing for Jordan Brand to release them along with the Concord XI a week later. The Nick Anderson Steal was a motivational moment for MJ & The Bulls. They put in work that off season & posted THE best season in NBA history in 1996. So is seeing this shoe bittersweet? Or a welcome sight? ________________________________ 📷: 2018 Orlando AJX available now on our site for $209.99 Shipped. Ships by Thursday.
Did Nike SB nail these or what?! In the mid 80’s, skaters were among the first to embrace the AJ1 for its grip / board feel as well as colorblocking. Over the years we’ve seen the SB line “nod” to the Jordan line. They did a great job with this one 👍. ______________________________ 📷: AJXI Sz 10 (2012) & SB Dunk High (2018) Sz’s 8-13 available now on our site.

11/10/95 - This quiet little shoe released & re-ignited interest in the Air Jordan line that was thought to be “over” by many including Phil Knight.....NBD. ______________________________ 📷: OG AJ XI “Homage” to the original print ad.
AJ XI - The early years. Shown in @solecollector ISSUE 7. @retrokid45 with the personal viewpoint & Professor K with the performance review (each model received a rating in this issue). The comfort of the 1st Retros for the XI is unmatched. That was taken for granted until the CDP XI was released about a year later in 2008. #throwbackthursday ______________________________ 📷: SoleCollector #7 (2007)

SLAM KICKS “JORDANS” - As we mentioned earlier this week, @slamkicks has just put out their 4th volume in their “JORDANS” retrospective series. The 4th Issue focuses on the AJ1 and its legacy. They even had the 🏀 🏀’s to try and rank them. Some interesting picks there. Worth checking out & sharing your opinion on what they got right & what they got wrong. Issues 1 & 2 focused on AJ1-XI with OG’s pictured from @solesupreme23 ‘s collection. Issue 3 showcased AJXII-XXXI. We had the privilege of sending SLAM the OG’s XII-XVIII in that issue. This 4th installment in the series features shoes provided by @stadiumgoods . Be sure to head over to @slamonline website if you don’t have a newsstand near you carrying the issue. The issue is well done, with interesting perspective & content. If this issue does well for SLAM, they will have no choice but to do an issue focusing on the AJII next. Maybe they’ll get in touch with someone like @scollard23 to help! ______________________________ 📷: SLAMKICKS JORDANS V1-4 (Issue 4 available now)
