Hi 👋🏻 It’s me, Cait. It’s been a while so I thought I’d say heyyyyy! Also it’s Friday so 👏🏻 I don’t show up here as much as I’d like to, because my @caitlynmotyckaphotography business and my two little bosses run my life (which I love!), but I’m sort of in this flux about what to do with this space. I want to continue, and have lots of ideas, but it’s so hard to manage both accounts! So here’s the deal you guys, I’m thinking of wrapping my photography and lifestyle work into one - this current space and blog name just doesn’t feel right without the other piece of me which is photographing other mamas and their babies. Oh hey, I made it into a picture! 🤷🏻♀️ Not your typical beach day (Finn’s disheveled outfit 😂) but it was perfect for finally flying that blue jellyfish kite some of you may remember Rowan asked us for months ago! Now, can we rewind and have another long weekend?!

I should have known the day was coming, but my almost 4 year old has now ditched his cute sheets and replaced them with super heroes 💔 Why do they have to grow so fast? Also, why is that Spider-Man so dang bright 😂🙈

This kid right here would eat all day every day if you let him- it’s hard to believe because he’s so thin! BUT I’m running out of things to make for him that he can eat on his own (he is one fiercely independent one year old) so I need suggestions!! Mamas what can I make ahead to feed him quickly so he doesn’t eat all of the applesauce pouches out of the pantry in two days? 😂
