T R A V E L. D A Y ✨ . Heading up to Boston today for the beginnings of a VERY exciting business venture with my soul sister + actual sister, @whereolcarol. Stay tuned for more!! ✨ . A few things I always travel with: my jump rope, resistance band, running arm band (does this thing have a proper name lol). Movement is a form of medicine for me (the farthest thing from punishment), so I get it in no matter what. These simple accessories make it even easier! 🏃🏼♀️ . And my supplements - @silverfernbrand probiotic (probiotic, always - gut health for the win!), @bewell magnesium glycinate (helps relax muscles and helps with sleep) + sleep formula (traveling can throw sleep off, especially when it’s filled with excitement and loads of work, so this herbal formula helps, and contains some goods to better manage stress) + daily multivitamin (for solid basic coverage) + oregano oil (immune support, tummy support) + activated charcoal (detoxification, and helps bind to toxins and pull them out of the system - really helpful when eating out a restaurant where the food may be a little questionable, and when enjoying a marg or two, which I plan on doing 🍸 - but always no simple syrup/agave + no to very little triple sec, no one needs that extra sugar 😉) .
