So thankful for these women. So grateful to be able to serve + create. To hopefully help many of you feel better in your minds + bodies.🌟 . Now to add designing this whole freakin book to my to-do list. Bringing it back to my art school days, spending hours and hours in inDesign. Feels so right. 💫 . Happy #nationalcocoaday - pretty much my favorite day of the year. ☕️ . I make hot chocolate almost every day. No joke. Especially during these cooler winter months. It. Is. Everything. 🌟 . A warm, nourishing cup of hot chocolate feels like a hug. 🤗 . It’s sooo easy to make healthy too. Just start with a base of hot water or warm unsweetened non-dairy milk. Then add cocoa (I use raw cacao for extra health benefits), vanilla extract, a pinch of salt, and stevia or monk fruit to taste. I like to throw it in my @vitamix for just a few seconds so it gets a little frothy. It takes 2 minutes to throw together, and if you’re not careful, it will take 2 minutes to go away too. 🍫 . These ingredients give you that goooood taste, chocolatey feel, and no blood sugar crash. Good for your brain, nerves, energy, skin, and waistline. ✨ . Feel free to add in whatever you want - mint extract, cinnamon, collagen, cardamom, protein powder, a tap of almond butter - it all works. Best enjoyed while wearing no pants. I’ll be whipping some up later for sure. Enjoy my bebes! 💫

How I feel about it being Sunday ✨✨✨✨✨ . But also how I feel about this carrot ginger dressing. Think sushi restaurant dressing, but without the toxic oils, MSG, and sugar.
