Alllll the goods today you guys. 🙌🏼 . Came home for a quick lunch break. This took no more than 7 minutes to throw together, with nothing prepped. 🥗 . Butter lettuce, kale, mushrooms, @greenflamingoorganics sunflower sprouts (these are so delicious, I pop them like popcorn), yellow bell pepper, jicama, red cabbage, broccoli, and avocado. 🥑 . Dressed with a bit of balsamic vinegar, olive oil, lemon and lime juice. 🍋 . REAL CLIENT TEXT - Ok, truth is, sometimes even I am amazed by my own programs 🤣 The transformation is real you guys! ✨ . Often times, we put our bodies in a prolonged state of fight or flight with all of the excess insulin, cortisol and inflammation. Our blood sugar is on a roller coaster, making us feel crazy and uninspired. So we deprive, then binge, and then just give up - yikes! Start eating right for your unique body, and boom 💥 the weight literally falls off. And when that happens, you want to keep going. This positivity flows into all aspects of your live - relationships (including the one with yourself!), work, family life, creativity, etc. It’s like a deep sigh of relief throughout your whole body - aaaahhhhh that feels good. 🙌🏼 . It’s that time of year you guys...flu season. I’m not a huge advocate of the flu shot for many reasons, one being they often don’t even work. So how do you protect yourself from getting the flu? A few ways (watch I’ll get it after posting this lol): - double up on probiotics, and if you’re not already taking one, take one! I have my favorites listed on my website under “HAN Favorites”. Also, don’t wash your hands with anti-bacterial, harsh soaps that contain chemicals, endocrine disrupters and wreck your #microbiome. Be mindful about the kind you use. - SLEEP. People always ask me what I grab for snacks/meals if I’m running around and don’t have time. I always hit a grocery store bc they are everywhere! WHOLE FOODS. Foods with one ingredient. Actual food.
