By the seventh day God had finished the work he had been doing; so on the seventh day he rested from all his work.” Genesis 2:2 NIV | We all need rest. Even our father needed a break from the world. I love my Sundays with my sweet husband. We use this time to connect, to love, to relax and to dream together. Today, we spent the day at @serenbe, an amazing little Georgia farm community. This gate reminded me of all of times in my career when making things happen started with a simple step out of my comfort zone and into faith. I'm reminded of God's faithfulness and His faith in me... yes, His faith in me. He made me for extraordinary and believes in my greatnesses even when I do not! I am thanking God today for giving me the opportunity to find rest but even more for using those small, quiet moments to speak truth into my life! 🙌
❤ Some photos just make you want to pause and take it all in. While these two beautiful people played the role of husband and wife, you would never know it by this photo. They are simply stunning and look amazing together. But the part of them that made this great was their kindness and gratitude toward the vendors. The two sweet people are the type you want to work with and pray that your couples are like. These two would be my ideal #dreamie. #StyledShoot Alert! I love the vendor relationships that are formed when amazing wedding vendors come together. I also love using things that that remind me of traditions. Like, using the same candles holders that my grandmother used her wedding and then I used at our wedding. . The marriage of new and old in this styled shoot will make my heart full! . Stay tuned to our IG STORIES for all of the BTS actions tomorrow.
This table setting represents so much! My dear sweet friends, memories, love, celebrations and my grandmother. So bittersweet! I look back at these pictures and my heart is so full! My dear sweet Nana Sue made the best chicken salad for my bridesmaids luncheon last year! It was the best salad I have ever had and I would do anything for a little bitty bite right now. So, I love looking back at these photos, celebrating a full year of marriage but they sure do make me miss my sweet Nana Sue! ❤ 📸 @indiepearlphoto 💐 @sunshinedesignsflorist 🖋 @riannonboven
A year ago I said I do to my dear, sweet husband! This has been the biggest adventure I have ever been on. His love for the new, for passion, for travel, for business, for not settling, for striving to create and his love for family completely had me Smitten from day one but now his love for me has me in Awh! You complete me (as cliche as that may be), you make me better, you fill my soul, you make me laugh and smile, you make me whole, more than anything you make me want to be the best version of me I can be! Cheers to 100 more adventure seeking, hand holding, empire building years! ❤🙌🥂 all of that being said... we are in Hilton Head for the weekend... see y'all on Monday! ✌🏻photo: @iamjessifield
