No filter 😂 teacher training in action on this gorgeous day! Today we're learning: 1. How the physical and emotional body needs both stress and rest to grow. 2. Navigating discomfort and pain and distinguishing your own individual threshold to move more into alignment with all that you CAN do. 3. The shift from being goal-oriented to journey/process oriented. Many of us can relate to trying to achieve success in a pose as defined by someone else. We want you to question what success means to you and if you're repetitive movements towards an end goal are what you truly want on your mat and in life - will getting the pose right or perfect make you happy? Are you happy now? What does make you happy? Hmmmm let's do more of being curious around that! ................. Want to train with us? New modules start in December!
