Yoga + Nidra On Thursday evenings we are pleased to host a special 75 min class led by Caryn Kilback that blends both an asana movement practice with a yoga nidra and meditation. The asana practice prepares the body for a deep sense of connection, leading to a more holistic experience of relaxation in the body. Your Nidra practice, or “yogic sleep” as it is often known as, allows you to access deep wells of relaxation, bringing attention to your innermost qualities and awareness. As we gather this weekend to celebrate the things we are thankful for: good company, healthy food, a safe place to live.. We wanted to take a moment to recognize that some are without this holiday. The world has been shaken by so much tragedy this past year, it is no wonder some of us are feeling a little uncertain and overwhelmed.
