Our gal, Cathy Morrison, hosts another Yamuna Body Rolling workshop focused on your shoulders! By using different sized Yamuna balls to access layers of the body – each ball is a little different, allowing us to activate and stimulate deep muscular and fascial release. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ To work the shoulders deeply, we’ll be using the Pearl Yamuna ball, which has a soft consistency + more give, so it sinks more deeply into your tissues.
