How adorable is this memory lion we had made from some of Sullivan’s old baby clothes? 🦁 We also had a memory quilt made for him, and one for his brother too from items I have stored all these years. They are so beautiful and really special to us. The lady who made them is Karen Jane Handmade Memories on Facebook if you’re looking for something similar (not an ad, just a lovely lady making such sweet things!).
Two years ago, back in my home town, staying with my Dad and meeting my half brother from Australia for only the second time. Dad didn’t like posing for photos really but luckily I didn’t let that stop me. Ethan talks about his Gramps most days and the photos help him. What a lot has happened since then. I was pregnant with Sullivan at the time and sadly he will never remember by Dad, so Ethan and I have an important job to do in sharing his memory.
(#AD) I've been using the extra time at home to enjoy cooking and trying new recipes, so I am absolutely THRILLED to announce my involvement with a new recipe book from @jazzappleuk which has been released this week 📖 I’ve shared full info over on the blog, and there’s a link to the JAZZ Apple website where you can download all 10 tasty recipes creating by family bloggers 🍎 #jazzapple #jazzapples #jazzappleuk
Beautiful sunset view from our bedroom, taken just now 🌅 Goodbye May...
Sunnies on a Sunday ☀️
We’ve had a day spent in the garden. First half tidying it up and the second half with the kids’ gazebo up and watching the boys play. Enjoying a touch more sunshine now as we eat dinner.
