Pregnant AF 🤰🏻!!!! #38weekspregnant . . . . Just a little silly video of myself doing squats to help push baby down and hubby coaching me through it. We love to work out as a family in the early am ! From sprints, squats, lunges, weights, jumping jacks, anything to get the blood flow moving is key in the morning. Our son will join us and try to mimick our moves !! Some mornings, we will even just put music on and dance around just to clear the stagnant energy from sleep or feeling groggy. . . . Also when in our yard I love to be barefoot and let my son walk and play in the grass barefoot as well. The soil, grass, and cement have so much healing energy!! The science is called earthing or grounding. . . . It stems from the idea that in modern city life we no longer have direct physical contact with the Earth, and therefore are losing out on purported health benefits of exchanging electrons with the surface of our planet. 🍓See my fruit tips below 🍉 | breakfast this morning | Tip: fruit is a delicious blend of antioxidants, fiber, vitamins, and sooooo much more!!!! However, if you are prone to bloating and candida see my tips below : 1. Avoid large amounts of fruit all at once. 2. Avoid fruit cocktails or mixing different fruit in one meal. 3. Avoid eating fruit after heavy meals containing lots of carbs and animal protein. 4. Watermelon, cherries, mangos and many other tropical fruit are known to cause gass and excess bloating so limit those. #breakfastwithaview #oceanview
This pregnancy is flying by! Most of the time I'm running around after my eldest, working, and carrying on with life that I forget I'm preggo. Taking these #bump #selfies makes me stop and appreciate the growth and process.
