Here’s my take on #10yearchallenge goals! Going through my old photographs did bring back memories. I am so grateful to everyone who has been there patiently, dealt with my crudeness over the years and ultimately help me clean up. Thank you
Month 3 of 12 months : Throw back to #December. Drove up to Mt.Shasta, drove on snow / ice for the first time and got into snowball fight.
Diet hack 🛠 27 : Each Grocery Store should be visited for different things. For example, sauces, spices, alcohol can be cheaper to buy from Whole Foods (especially if you have an Amazon Prime membership) rather than buying the same from a Safeway, Walmart, Grocery Outlet Bargain Market, etc.
Diet hack 🛠 26 : Buying fresh produce can get expensive if you don’t know the right places to shop at. Search for a “Grocery Outlet Bargain Market” or “Sprouts” near by instead of buying your fruits at a Whole-foods, Safeway, Walmart, etc. Don’t compromise on quality but avoid paying the markup!
Diet hack 🛠 25 : Caffeine before a workout can work in your favor! Just make sure to hydrate afterwards! :)
Diet hack 🛠 24 : When about to travel on a long flight get a fresh juice or two (with pulp) in. . Fruits are good for you. They have most of the goodness nature can give you. . Cutting them out of your diet won’t make you drop fat faster. Rather can cause deficiencies as apart from sugars they have vitamins, minerals, etc in them as well. . Joe & the Juice at SFO’s flight terminals is a great place at the airport if you are looking for a juice and a toast
Diet hack 🛠 23 : Quite a few of us will be traveling this holiday season. Theres no way you are getting a workout in on a 8-26hr journey but you can always choose to portion out your meals on the airport!. . Ps - most airport restaurants will customize your food if you ask them nicely & with kindness. BLR airport has been the best at it. (In my experience)
Diet hack 🛠 22 : Cook all your meals the day before !!! Keep your mornings stress free and focus on what you really need to focus on. Plus it’s easier to cook and clean the dishes at the same time.

Month 1 of 12 months : Throw back to #October. Landed in Pheonix and went straight up to Sedona! The place reminded me of Tatoonie in the Star Wars universe.
