  • Strategy When In Calorie Deficit:
This cut so far has been super successful.  I spent more time planning and thinking about what makes me feel best.  I have been somewhat fasting in morning by drinking coffee with high protein milk and a little protein powder.  So breakfast May end up being 200ish calories mainly protein.  Protein and caffeine have been shown to be satiating or help with hunger.

Then I save carbs for lunch because workout in afternoon and at night a protein mug cake to have something I love at night and have some carbs before bed which can help with sleep.
This has really helped my day and limited hunger.
It's all about trial and error and figuring out strategies that you can sustain and adapt for your lifestyle.

  • Status Update: Spent 9 weeks at maintenance sucessfully was at roughly 2300 calories.  Now am one week into last cut for a while lasting 7 weeks.  Here is before sitting at 170. 
I want to cotinue to get stronger and improve my body composition but amazed at how far I have come
from having my first child weighing 240 lbs.  I have learned over time to love my body for its strength, embrace my victories, and stop comparing to others. Also wear the bikini if you want👙
