We’ve welcomed @tracey_empowered_mind_n_body as our ambassador for 2019. 🏊🏻♀️ Tracey is gearing up for the Ironman World Championship in Kona later this year. 🏃🏼♀️ Long term training programs require a strategic plan so the mind and body are peaking on event day. 🚵🏻♀️ Tracey will be using altitude training as part of her preparation and we’re looking forward to supporting and following her Ironman journey!
The half marathon runners are off at the @beachsidefestival and the 10km runners are going through their warm ups. There are stalls, coffee and swings for the kids so come down to say hi today!

Congratulations @Rockingham Tri Club for taking out the win against @Mandurah Triathlon Club last weekend. These two clubs are so friendly and welcoming and it’s not too late to join in one of their events this summer!⠀ ⠀ Training for a triathlon can be time consuming plus involves loading the body with a lot of exercise. Train in the altitude chamber at lower intensity and for less time to elicit the same physiological response as sea-level workouts. Our baseline fitness assessment is free and we work closely with you to develop the right training protocol to meet your needs!
