An afternoon for myself. A bike ride between fields that feel new, yet familiar. In the warmth of June but under clouds that hold a tender wind. I pick blueberries like every year, but this time there are so many that I can’t believe it. Last year we got lost in this forest. We found it by accident and I promised you we have to come again here next year when all the blueberry plants are full of little blue balls so we can get lost between them again. This time with hands red from their juice and the sound of birds and waving pines and birches around.
