Day two of Beachbody’s newest workout, ‘10 Rounds’ an amazing boxing-based regime, today was leg strength day! Brutal but look at that definition coming back already after just 30-minutes! Woah! I don’t know about you, but I’ve been doing a hell of a lot of home workouts since lockdown! Mostly @beachbody on demand. This is the best investment I have made for my body during this time, it’s a jump mat! It’s only thin but really works well at taking the impact out of the plyometric moves, and on my ‘not so young’ joints!
