Finished! Five balloons = a mobile. I hope my little niece or nephew will like it. I’ve written up the pattern and plan to release it soon 😊
Real talk: to measure out some lengths of yarn, I stretched them across three (3!) rooms in our little flat, including through a houseplant! 😅🌱 This hobby isn’t always as glamorous as it seems - especially because I had to crawl under that mess to find my phone to get this pic!
Sometimes when you design a pattern, it’s as easy as breathing - it sort of just flows off the hook. Other times... not so much!! This is one of the tricker patterns I’ve pulled together, but I’m in love with this little hot air ballon! I’ve made a handful of them for a mobile for my sister’s twins 💕👶👶💕 I think it’s too cute not to share, so the free pattern will be coming soon!
Happy Valentines Day! I whipped up these little hearts for something completely unrelated to today... that’s why the ends aren’t woven in, I plan to attach them to something later! 💕 The cute (free!) pattern is linked from my blog, check it out. 💕
I wasn’t sure how the bold stripes of this new duvet cover would work with my crochet blanket-in-progress, but I love all the colours together! What do you think? PS I know that big blue bird pillow doesn’t really tone in, but it holds my amigurumi stuffing - it’s the coziest storage! 😂
Winter’s not an easy time for #houseplants - even these indestructible spider plants are looking a bit sad! I have big plans for my macrame wall this coming summer, but even if they are a little droopy, that green and pink combo makes me so happy!
Annnd it’s finished! My #persiantiles blanket isn’t perfect, but I’m really happy with it. What do you think?
I’m as sick as a dog, so I’m self medicating with orange juice and #knitflix. I am SO close to finishing this cool vintage turban!
