Happy 8123 day! 💛 You don’t have to have been there since day one to love a band with your whole heart, you just have to give them all the support they deserve. It’s been a scary, exhausting but incredible 9 years as a fan of @themaineband and I can’t thank them enough for the emotional support their music has given me through some terrifying times. They mean the absolute world to me and I’m so proud to be a fan 💛
IIIIIIT’S FRIDAAAAY! Okay, so not that it makes much of a difference to me at the moment, because every single day is blurring into one until I finally go back to uni, but it’s still been work infused and busy! . . . . I DO however have 2 new(ish) blog posts out at the mo with my final highlights of 2017, yes I FINALLY got my act together to finish it and I promise this year I’ll be slightly more on time with the whole thing. As always, the link is my my bio ✌🏻☀️
At this point I have no idea who I nicked this off, but I wanna thank these ladies for being sweethearts and letting me tag along with them on Saturday night. It was fun (and all kinds of emotional) 💛
Who else has eaten their body weight in food the last week? 🍫🍹🥃 I’ve been a greedy pig but I reaaaally enjoyed it anyway 🐷 I can’t wait to start eating better and to be able to fit properly in my clothes again.
✨ My life has become a long stream of singing and dancing to Reggaeton Lento and watching Animal Kingdom. Happy holidays! ✨
My Paris trip is all done and dusted for at least another year, it’s been a more relaxing one this time and I’m so grateful for that, I needed a break! 🇫🇷⚜️ Now I’ve got a weekend of being at home before 2 stressful uni weeks but then it’s CHRISTMAS! 🎄
Something else was ticked off the old bucket list today, courtesy of Chateau de Versailles 🇫🇷 . . . . Standing in front of the entrance was a real pinch me moment and I’m gonna spend all weekend swotting up on my Versailles/French monarchy knowledge. With a distinct side order of watching the TV show!
2️⃣4️⃣🎈🇫🇷 . . . . I’ve dreamt about spending my birthday in Paris for as long as I can remember and today I finally did that. Okay, so maybe the weather put a major dampener on things but I still got to see the Eiffel Tower sparkle at 7pm, explored Shakespeare & Company bookstore, saw the Notre Dame in all its glory and wandered the Latin Quarter. As far as birthdays go, this was pretty marvellous. Thanks to the best mama ever for making all this happen.
