I joined up last month. One of many reasons was so I can get stronger on my bike. After work I head over to the Energy Lab and I give it all that I got, to the point that I have a to take a nap on the way home! 😂. I have done the group rides in Tucker, and always got drop on the 20th mile. It's a long uphill climb, not steep, just long. Sat morning after working all night I wanted to give it a go and see how my biking has come along. When it came to the hill that normally get dropped on, I was able to keep up with the group. Not only was I able to to keep up and not get dropped, but after the ride my legs still feel great!!! Thanks to the Coaches at the Energy Lab for putting on a great training session on!!! I have improved more over the past month and half then the 2+ years that I'm been riding and doing my own thing! Thanks Thanks for the great review, Greg VeganRunner Koerner, Jr!
